Dane Clapson is Principal Solicitor of Quarterback Law. He has close to 15 years’ experience as a commercial lawyer, and has worked in Australia, Switzerland, and Singapore. He specialises in commercial and contract law and practised both in-house and in a top tier Australian law firm. His clients recognise him for giving practical legal advice that addresses their needs, as well as his responsiveness and approachability. Dane enjoys working with people and understanding his clients’ business goals and strategies. By knowing the client, Dane can work with them to help achieve their goals.
Why did we call it “Quarterback Law”? Because a lawyer that is part of the business team and is working towards a common goal can make all the difference. A lawyer needs to do more than just give the legal advice – they need to find legal solutions that help achieve the client’s goals.
